Circular seam welding machine series are mainly used for circular seam butt or lap joint of sheet barrel. It adopts structure of head & tail stock and mainly composes of head stock, bed, tail stock, support, welding torch holder, traveling carriage and so on. Head stock is power source, with different clamping, then through the tail stock manual or pneumatic clamping the work pieces, making work pieces rotate and realizing welding. Welding torch holder is installed on the beam, it can be moved left and right; Traveling carriage is installed with X-Y slider for adjusting position of welding torch. Usually work with TIG, MIG/MAG or Plasma welding power to achieve automatic circular seam welding system.
