Many people don't know about the welder operator. In fact, the welder operator is a new functional form formed by the combination of the welder roller frame and the welding positioner, but it is by no means a simple external combination. The following edition will introduce some technical requirements of the welder operator for you. Through these requirements, I hope you will be able to meet the requirements of the welder operator. Welding machine operators have a general understanding.

Similar to the welding positioner, the technical requirements of the welding manipulator are roughly the same. The contents are as follows:

1. The technical requirement of welder operator is rotary drive.

(1) Stepless speed regulation should be realized and reversible for rotary drive.

(2) Within the range of speed of return, the fluctuation of speed under load is not more than 5%.

2. The technical requirement of welder operator is followed by tilt drive.

(1) The tilt drive should be smooth, not jitter under heavy load, and the whole machine should not overturn. If the heavy load Q exceeds 25 kg, it should have power drive function.

(2) Limiting devices shall be installed to control the inclination angle and to indicate the angle.

(3) Tilting mechanism should have self-locking function, not sliding under heavy load, safe and reliable.
